These terms cover the use of the Better Portion LLC website and our software product, DonorCRM.

The short version

Use the software honestly, pay for what you use, and your data stays yours. We'll do our best to keep everything running and to treat you the way we'd want to be treated.

Your account and data

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. The data your organization enters into our products (donors, gifts, contacts, notes) belongs to your organization. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.

Payment

Product pricing is listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your data remains exportable for a reasonable period afterward.

Availability and changes

Our products are in active development. We work to keep them available and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time; if a change meaningfully affects how you work, we'll tell you before it lands.

Liability

The software is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Better Portion LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
