Donor CRM
Your donors are people. Your software should remember that.
Donor CRM gives every missionary on your staff one place for gifts, pledges, and next steps, and tells them who to thank. You see who's funded and who needs help.
Why it exists
Big donor platforms were built for development offices. Your missionaries each have a call list.
Those platforms assume a gift processor, a data person, and someone to run reports. A missionary has an hour on Tuesday night and a list of people they love.
So support raising lands on spreadsheets, one per missionary, none you can see. It works until a faithful gift quietly stops, or a new partner never gets thanked.
Donor CRM is built for the missionary, with a clear view for the people who lead them.
The walkthrough
What it does, plainly.
No modules to configure. Your staff sign in and the important things are already there.
- Donors and gifts
- Every donor, gift, and pledge in one place, with the history that says a family has given for six years.
- Recurring gifts and pledges
- Monthly, quarterly, annual. Donor CRM knows each partner's rhythm and what committed support adds up to.
- Missed-gift alerts
- When a recurring gift is late, it shows up that week. A gentle check-in in February beats an awkward call in July.
- Thank-you queue
- Everyone who hasn't been thanked yet, in one list. No one who gives should wonder if it landed.
- Tasks and next steps
- The day's calls and follow-ups, sorted by what matters most.
- Goals and progress
- Set a monthly goal and watch it fill in. The gap is always honest and current.
- Leader and supervisor views
- See progress across your missionaries: who's fully funded, who's stuck, who needs coaching.
- Raiser's Edge sync
- If you process gifts centrally in Raiser's Edge, Donor CRM pulls them in automatically. No one exports a CSV.

Built by missionaries
We've made these calls and lost track of these names.
We've raised support and served in missionary organizations. Donor CRM started as the tool we wished we'd had on Tuesday nights.
So it stays small on purpose: the work your missionaries actually have, without forty extra features.
Your donors’ trust
Built to protect your donors.

Questions leaders ask
Who is Donor CRM for?
Missionary organizations and the missionaries they send. If your fundraising is real relationships rather than mass mail, it was built for you. Leaders and supervisors get team views at the same per-user price.
Can I import my existing donor list?
Yes. Import donors and gift history from a spreadsheet (CSV). If your organization uses Raiser's Edge, Donor CRM syncs donations automatically, so no one re-enters anything. If your data is messy, we'll help clean it up during onboarding.
Is my donor data secure?
Yes. Donor contact details and notes are encrypted, each organization's data is walled off from every other, and each missionary sees only their own donors. We never sell or share your data, and you can export it anytime. See our DonorCRM Privacy Notice for details.
How do I get started?
Book a call. We set up your organization, help import your donors, and stay close for the first few weeks. Most missionaries are up and running within a day.
Does it replace my organization's donor system?
Usually it sits alongside it. You keep processing gifts in Raiser's Edge; Donor CRM syncs them and gives each missionary a personal view of their own partners. No double entry.
